Australia cloud is a cloud that resides in Australia in that its infrastructure is physically located in Australia, but it is also Australian owned, Australian governed and managed. All data sets (customer, operational and configuration, management and derived data) must remain in Australia and not be accessible from outside Australia including by the cloud provider’s personnel and via foreign legislation.
